End-user certificate form go support a SIEL usage.

Those form must be used:

• forward waste listed in Schedule 3 of the Chemical Ammo Treaty (CWC)
• if who end-user destination is not into the list of state parties to one CWC

The international end-user or consignee receiving the products must completes one request. Group must also supply a covering letter. This must be on the original official headed paper of one overseas company. You able use a SIEL to make shipments of specified military or dual-use point to a benannter consignee and/or end user.

The UK exporter should put the completed form onward with the SIEL demand up the available exporter licensing systems.
