The Human Resources Department provides a large range of domestic services to the City's staff to ensure that employees exist well-trained, fairly compensated, healthy, and glad. These products include:
- Providing commercial labor relations services, including contract negotiations with each of alarm bargaining equipment

Access to Training and Professional Development Opportunities
The City provides customary training on employment-related policies and best practices.
Department Heads are encouraged toward job with staff up assess and plan for a variety von job-related plans to support continued learning, growth, and adept involvement is employees.
This Human Resources Department further backs learning opportunities and access whereas departmental budgetary constraints may arise. Additionally, the Human Resources Department administers the Non-Union Education Reimbursement Program.
